A prosecutor said Tuesday that several Prosper Senior high boys were portion of a golf club iron which has a good reputation giving girls drugs and forcing them to have sexual intercourse. But one of many boys told a judge that “Team Snapback” only agreed to be a gaggle of friends whose activities included consensual sex.

Those were the opposing stories presented at a juvenile court for three of five Prosper High teenagers arrested Monday connected with sexual assault and unlawful restraint charges. Neither the juveniles nor their alleged victims is going to be identified.

There seems to be a worry with this particular apartment, that it is a den of iniquity,” she said.

One of many juveniles lives at the apartment, based on testimony Tuesday.

One of the juvenile boys testified Tuesday. A 2nd boy would not, but his father spoke. Your third boy’s attorney waived the ability to the hearing, leaving the boy in jail.

Through the questioning, the prosecutor, a juvenile probation officer, as well as the defense attorneys offered details that will otherwise remain confidential inside a juvenile case.

Throughout a handful of hours, several with the girls were sexually assaulted by at the very least three with the boys.

One boy, 16, is charged with helping carry a 16-year-old girl into a closet where police say that she and McClinton-Hunter stripped her and McClinton-Hunter forced her to execute head on him as she called repeatedly for help.

The boy who testified Tuesday told a different story, praoclaiming that your ex went in to the closet voluntarily with him, decided to subtract some of her clothing and performed the sex follow up on him, not McClinton-Hunter.

His defense attorney asked him about charges that a few of the boys took video from the sex acts. The boy said he was unacquainted with that.

During his testimony, his father implied that your lack of discipline at Prosper Senior high school was associated with the costs, although alleged assault wouldn't happen for the school.

I think the [Prosper] schools are a lot more lax than they should be,” he explained.

Prosper ISD assistant superintendent Michael Goddard said the district hasn’t been told much in regards to the assault charges. School officials are awaiting details before deciding how to handle the scholars. Their state mandates the district take certain actions by incorporating charges; other charges allow the district to have some discretion, Goddard said.
